I am a freelance journalist with over 35 years of experience working for print and digital products in the United States, Europe and Asia. I have been an editor for the Washington Post, the Wisconsin State Journal and the Wall Street Journal, among other publications.

A native of India, I immigrated to the United States for my doctoral studies. I have a PhD in political science from Kent State University and master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Mumbai. I speak multiple languages and have diplomas in Indian classical dances.
